Description: Denis (1965: 432, figs 1–7), Bosmans (2007: 141, figs 164–168).

Previous records: Lisboa: Tapada de Mafra ( Telfer et al. 2003) .

New records: Santarém: Paúl do Boquilobo NR, Torres Novas, montado, 2 females, 19.II.2002 (CPC) . Setúbal: Arrábida NP, Serra da Arrábida , 3 males 1 female, 10.II.1998 (CPC) .

Distribution: Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Portugal.

Habitat type: Unknown.

Phenology: In Portugal only collected in February, whereas in Algeria, it occurs from December to June ( Bosmans 2007).
