Uralaphorura schilovi ( Martynova, 1976)

Remarks. In the original description of the species Martynova (1976) gave the pseudocellar formula as 32/ 033/33332. A study of the type material showed that a median pair of pseudocelli on Abd.III is always absent (the total formula as 32/033/33232) as well as in other specimens from the Novaya Zemlya Archipelago ( Babenko & Bulavintsev 1993), Northern Norway ( Fjellberg 1998), Ural Mts., and Dolgii Island in Pechora Sea. The only addition which can be made to the most recent re-description of the species by Fjellberg (1998) is the number of parapseudocelli (see Table 1 View TABLE 1 ).
