Biology. Dry meadows, forest edge, sandy and ruderal habitats. Adults occur in V–VIII. On Asteraceae : Scorzoneroides autumnalis ( Hoffmann 1954; Dieckmann 1972b; Smreczyński 1974; Colonnelli 2004a); Hieracium murorum , H. umbellatum , Pilosella aurantiaca ( Dieckmann 1972b; Smreczyński 1974; Colonnelli 2004a); Crepis setosa ( Smreczyński 1974; Colonnelli 2004a); Hieracium virosum ( Dedyukhin 2012) ; Achillea millefolium (occasionally?) ( Penecke 1928).
