Description. General body coloration creamy yellow or yellow, sometimes with little patchy orange pattern on crown, pronotum and scutellum. Crown with pale castaneous brown stripes on lateral sides of midline; coronal suture distinct at 1/2 of medial length of crown. Pronotum with irregular hypodermal ivory markings on anterior margin and near on lateral margins. Scutellum with orange stripes on anterior margin and lateral triangles, scutellar suture prominent. Eye dark brown; face shiny, frontoclypeus yellow with hypodermal irregular brownish stipes, anteclypeus and lora yellowish, not clearly distinguishable, gena white. Forewing with castaneous band with concave anterior margin before mid length, 1−3 dark brown spots on apical cells, prominent one on 1 st apical cell, others two on 3rd and 4th apical cells; hindwing hyaline. Second sternal apodeme in male with posterior lobes widened, extended to middle of 4th sternite.

Male genitalia. Pygofer lobe broad basally, roundly produced apically with pointed and slanting downwards at posterior angle, numerous irregular setae on near to ventrocaudal surface. Subgenital plate and connective alike with other species; style long, apex widened and truncate; preapical lobe slightly broadened. Aedeagal shaft broadened basally, spoon-like apically, with one pair of process arising from basolateral part, bent recurrently. Aedeagal process arising from caudolateral part of shaft in lateral view, strongly bent downward at subapical position; gonopore apical.

Length. Male 3.3−3.5 mm, female 3.5−3.7 mm.
