Type locality: Sarawak [Borneo]
Distribution: Andamans, Nagaland ( Strand 1922), North East Himalayas ( Holloway 2001), Karnataka ( Sondhi et al. 2021).
Remark: Trischalis absconditana ( Walker, 1863) mentioned as Indian species from Nagaland was based on T. absconditana ab abbreviata Seitz which was synonymised under T. absconditana by Strand (1922). However, abbreviata is now considered as synonym of T. subaurana by de Vos & Mastrigt (2007), so, Trischalis absconditana ( Walker, 1863) described as bornean species, is removed from this list.
