Male genitalia ( Fig. 62). Uncus fairly large, broadened terminad, rounded apically; socius slender, membranous; arms of gnathos rather short; valva distinctly tapered terminad; sacculus broad basally, with postbasal sharp angle, then very slender; transtilla membranous medially, with strong lateral, thorny parts; aedeagus moderate, curved, with ventrosubterminal thorn; cornuti large group of moderate spines.

Remarks. Described from 2 specimens (1♂ and 1♀). The lectotype was selected by Aarvik in 1998 but was not published until the present paper. The female paralectotype in poor condition is in BMNH (K. Tuck, pers. comm.). Transferred to Lozotaenia Stephens, 1829 .
