"Sulzlacke bei Margarethen nächst Oedenburg [...]. Tinnye bei Ofen" ( Fuchs 1873: 20) [Sulzlacke near St. Margarethen (Burgenland, Austria); Tinnye (Hungary)].
Remarks.
Replacement name for Melanopsis avellana Fuchs, 1873, non Sandberger, 1870. Wenz (1929: 2760) considered the taxon as a junior synonym of Melanopsis inermis Handmann, 1882.
