REMARKS: name that Rondani (1850a: 128) proposed as a synonym of Eumerus delicatae Rondani, 1850 and was not made available by use as a valid species before 1961 (Loew 1855, Verrall 1901, Bezzi & Stein 1907, Kertész 1910, Sack 1932). Peck (1988) did not list this name. O’Hara et. al. (2011: 212) incorrectly considered the name as available.
