Gonatopus nivosus Olmi 1984: 1570 .
Gonatopus delhiensis Olmi 1987c: 64 (synonymized by Olmi 2000b); type locality: Indian Agricultural Research Institute area (New Delhi, India).
Description of female Apterous; length 3.0– 3.6 mm. Yellow-reddish or testaceous-reddish, except petiole black and metasoma brown or black. Antenna clavate; antennal segments in following proportions: 5:4:12:7:6:5:5:4.5:4.5:6. Head little excavated, shiny, weakly or strongly granulated (occasionally most part of vertex unsculptured); frontal line complete; occipital carina absent; POL = 2; OL = 2; OOL = 6. Palpal formula 4/ 2. Pronotum dull or shiny, granulated, crossed by strong transverse impression. Scutum dull or shiny, granulated. Metanotum flast, short, weakly transversely striate, not hollow behind scutellum. Metathorax + propodeum dull, with anterior surface granulated and posterior surface transversely striate. Mesopleuron and metapleuron transversely striate. Meso-metapleural suture obsolete. Protarsal segments in following proportions: 13:2.5:4:12:18. Enlarged claw ( Plate 129C View PLATE 129 ) with one small subapical tooth and four peg-like hairs. Segment 5 of protarsus ( Plate 129C View PLATE 129 ) with inner margin proximally not serrated, with two rows of 17–18 lamellae situated in distal half of segment; distal apex with about five lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/0/1.

Material examined. Types: ♀ holotype of G. nivosus : INDIA: Kashmir, Srinagar ( AMNH); ♀ holotype of G. delhiensis : INDIA: Delhi, Indian Agricultural Research Institute area, 14.X.1979, Z. Bouček leg. ( BMNH). Paratypes of G. delhiensis : same locality label as holotype, 3.X.1979, 6.X.1979, 14.X.1979, 15.X.1979, 16.X.1979, 11♀♀ (six in BMNH, three in AMNH, one in GCC, one in USNM). Other material. INDIA: Delhi, Indian Agricultural Research Institute, 300 m, 9.VII.1990, J.M. Heraty leg., 1♀ ( DEUCR).
