Material examined. 6 ♀♀ (MNHN-IU-2018-1816) and 1 dissected ♀ from Ascidia mentula M̹ller, 1776, Kristineberg, Sweden.

Remarks. This species is distinguished by short dorsal humps on the first to third pedigerous somites ( Fig. 92A View FIGURE 92 ).
