Paratype male with labels: (1) printed on white label: “Jinding / 84.6”; (2) printed on yellow label: “ PARATYPE ”; (3) printed with handwritten inscriptions on white label: “ Pegomya / laterisetata / Identifier: Zide Fan ”; (4) printed with handwritten inscriptions on red label: “TYPE / Pegomya / laterisetata / Deng et Li ”.

Preservation: pinned. Missing parts: head; left fore leg.

Paratype male with labels: (1) printed on white label: “Jinding / 84.6”; (2) printed on yellow label: “ PARATYPE ”; (3) printed with handwritten inscriptions on white label: “ Pegomya / laterisetata / Identifier: Zide Fan ”; 4) printed with handwritten inscriptions on red label: “TYPE / Pegomya / laterisetata / Deng et Li ”.

Preservation: pinned. Missing parts: tibia and tarsus of left mid leg.

Additional notes: All specimens collected by Anxiao Deng at Jinding of Mount Emei , Sichuan Province; labels of paratypes pinned by Anxiao Deng, but the date of collection on the labels (84.6) do not match with the date in the original publication (1984.7) .

Current name: Pegomya laterisetata Deng & Li, 1988 .
