Réunion, Republic of Congo, Rwanda, Sao Tome & Principe, Saudi Arabia, Sierra Leone, South Africa, Tanzania,

Uganda, Zambia. LOCALITY IN ZAMBIA: Kafue, in Lusaka Province; Ndola, in Copperbelt Province. LARVAL HOSTPLANT(S):Larval foodplants include Citrus sp. (Rutaceae) , Eucalyptus camaldulensis Dehnh. (Myrtaceae) , Mangifera indica L.( Anacardiaceae ), Musa paradisiaca subsp. sapientum (L.) Kuntze ex K.Schum. ( Musaceae ),

Pelergonium sp. ( Geraniaceae ), Phyllanthus sp. (Phyllanthaceae) and Shirakiopsis elliptica (Hochst.)

Esser ( Euphorbiaceae ).

The wasp species, Enicospilus betanimenus (Saussure) (Ichneumonidae) is a parasitoid of thia taxon ( Rousse & Villemant 2012).
