Catopocerus alabamae Peck 1975: 393 View in CoL . Holotype male in MCZC. Type locality: Cave Spring Cave, Chapman Mt. , Huntsville , Madison County, Alabama.

Material examined. No new material is available.

Distribution. The species is known only from the type specimen, recovered from the stomach of a cave salamander, Eurycea lucifuga (Rafinesque) .
