Dolichomitus fortis Sheng, 2002 , in Sheng & Sun, 2002: 477. Type: female; TD: Sheng’s collection in China.

Diagnosis. Body 17.5 mm; fore wing 13.5 mm; ovipositor 22.5 mm long.

Black. Palpi and tegula yellow. All coxae black; fore and mid trochanters yellow; rest of fore and mid legs reddish yellow; hind leg dark brown to black except trochanter dark reddish brown. Antenna with 32–36 flagellomeres.

Frons with very weak wrinkles and polished. Malar space granulate, 0.3 × as long as mandible base. Occiput glabrous. Pronotum with wrinkles on ventral area. Speculum weakly convex; mesopleural pit distinct. Mesopleuron sparsely punctate. Propodeum with median longitudinal carina; areola and petiolar areas concave; lateral part of propodeum rugosely and coarsely punctate, area postero-externa part of propodeum depression and glabrous. Petiole with spiracle before the middle of petiole.
