Distribution. Corsica?, Sardinia, Algeria and Tunisia ( Smetana 2004 a, 2004c); in Sardinia was previously known only from the type locality in the north of the Island: Bonnari (Sassari prov.) ( Coiffait 1984).
Notes. Collected with the Berlese method in a wood, at the base of a Quercus ilex .
