Material examined. 1 male, altitude 1500 m, 25–27. VIII. 2017, Lower Chayu village , Chayu County, LinZhi Division, XiZang Autonomous Region, P. R. China, leg. Jian-yue Qiu & Hao Xu.

Diagnosis. B. pseudomactans Can be distinguished from other speCies in the B. flammealis speCies-CompleX (sensu Volynkin & Černý 2016C) by its bright orange wing Coloration, and by the medial line situated far from the antemedial line, whereas wing Coloration is deep red and pale orange in B. flammealis and B. pretiosa , respeCtively, and medial line situated near from the antemedial line in the latter two speCies. In male genitalia, B. pseudomactans Can be distinguished from other speCies in this group by the shorter unCus, broader medial Costal proCess and pointed apeX of distal saCCular proCess. (Volynkin & Černý 2016C).

Distribution. China * (SE XiZang), Nepal, Bhutan and E India (Volynkin & Černý 2016C).
